Who are you NOW

WORKSHOPPERS ONLINE
A Resource for Career Management

Whenever we face an employment or career transition, there are four steps we can take, the first of which is 'naming your red dot'.  Suppose this decision-making process was much like planning a trip.  In order to know which direction to go, you first need to know where you are now.  Completing the assessments below is your starting point; they will give you the language to describe who you are now.
Let's start now:

1:  NAMING YOUR RED DOT

The red dot (where you are now and who you are now) comes into better focus when you begin with yourself.  Each of the hyperlinks below will take you to another site to complete an assessment, to gather words and a language that best describes you currently.  Keep a record of the words and phrases that describe YOU. Keep a record of suggested job titles that you would like to explore as possibilities.
